Voice minutes and call credit
The Business AI, Premium Ops and Enterprise plans include a monthly call credit of about 100, 300 and 1,000 minutes. This credit is a monetary amount, added after the trial ends and not carried over from one month to the next. “About” applies with the template agents and a standard voice: it is never a guaranteed duration, and a premium voice uses the credit faster. Beyond the credit, allow about €0.15 to €0.18 excl. tax per voice-agent minute, inbound call included, with a standard voice; the exact price is shown in your workspace before activation and is paid from your balance.
