Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 October 2026. These terms govern the use of the CoreSignal Agency website and subscriptions to the CoreSignal platform. An order or agreement signed with SINAY STRATEGIC LLC prevails where it contains different terms.
1. Provider, professional customers and acceptance
CoreSignal Agency is a brand of SINAY STRATEGIC LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, 1603 Capitol Ave Suite 413-2408, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States. Contact: [email protected]; support: [email protected].
Offer reserved for professionals. CoreSignal is offered only to professionals: businesses, sole traders and associations acting for their professional activity. It is not offered to consumers for personal use. By registering, you confirm that you act for professional purposes, that you are at least 18 years old and that you are authorised to bind the organisation you represent.
By using the website, submitting a request or registering for a trial, you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Security page. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or the platform.
2. The service: software you use yourself
CoreSignal is a software platform (software as a service) built on HighLevel (LeadConnector). Depending on the plan, it brings together CRM, websites and forms, email marketing, social planning, appointments, workflows, reviews, reporting, billing tools and AI functions. You use the platform yourself, from your workspace; its configuration is guided by our AI assistants.
“Advertising management” means tools for managing your Google and Meta campaigns from the workspace. Advertising budgets are paid directly to the advertising platforms. No agency service is performed on your behalf unless a separate written agreement says so.
The client is responsible for its products, offers, claims, audiences, content, permissions, regulatory notices, customer relationships and decisions taken with the platform. It must provide accurate information and lawful instructions, and use only access it is authorised to provide.
3. Accounts and access
Credentials must be kept confidential and used only by authorised persons. The client is responsible for activity under its accounts and for removing access that is no longer needed. We may limit or suspend access where necessary to protect the service, a client, a provider or other users.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the site, the platform or connected services to violate law, infringe rights, misrepresent identity, send unlawful or unsolicited communications, process data without authority, harm people, distribute malicious code, interfere with systems, evade security controls, reverse engineer a provider’s technology or use the platform for a prohibited regulated purpose.
For email, SMS, voice, WhatsApp and appointment workflows, you must maintain the required consent, notices, sender identification, opt-out handling and suppression records. You must not use AI or automation to make a high-impact decision or send a sensitive communication without appropriate oversight by your team.
5. Providers and third-party services
The platform runs on HighLevel (LeadConnector). Payments are processed by Stripe. The public website is hosted by Cloudflare. Some functions depend on other services that you connect yourself (for example Google, Meta, telecom operators, WhatsApp or email providers). These services are governed by their own terms, availability, limits and privacy documentation. We do not control a provider’s infrastructure, policy changes, outages or decisions.
A third-party service is not a guarantee that a client’s use is lawful or suitable for its industry.
6. AI-assisted outputs
AI-assisted features may generate suggestions, classifications, summaries, messages or other outputs. Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or unsuitable. You must review important outputs, provide appropriate disclosures and keep a responsible person from your team in the decision loop. No AI output is professional, legal, medical, financial or regulatory advice.
Healthcare restriction. Healthcare, dental-practice and clinic services are not offered through the public site at this time. You must not use the public site, a public form, chat or voice channel to provide health information, symptoms, treatment information, appointment reasons, patient details, recordings, transcripts or medical documents. We may refuse, delete or redirect such a request without creating a service, account or workflow.
7. Client content, intellectual property and confidentiality
The client keeps its rights in the content and data it places in the platform and grants the permissions needed to host and process them in order to provide the service. The platform, our templates, agents, workflows, know-how and non-client-specific materials remain ours or belong to our licensors; the client receives a right to use them for the duration of its subscription. Each party protects the other’s confidential information and discloses it only for the service, with consent or as required by law.
8. Prices, usage and balance
Prices are shown excluding taxes. VAT is applied according to the client’s country and status; for businesses in the European Union, reverse charge applies on presentation of a valid VAT number. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive full card numbers.
Some services create variable usage charges in addition to the subscription, including calls, phone numbers, SMS, email volume, WhatsApp, verification, transcription, voice, premium AI features or third-party services. Usage pricing can vary by country, operator, provider, destination and volume. Trial credits, periodic allocations and purchased top-ups are separate; their rules are shown before activation or purchase.
A credit stated in dollars or euros is not a fixed volume of call minutes. The Business AI, Premium Ops and Enterprise plans include a monthly call credit of about 100, 300 and 1,000 minutes: this is an estimate with the template agents and a standard voice, never a guaranteed duration; a premium voice or a more powerful model uses it faster. This credit is added after the trial ends, each month, and is not carried over from one month to the next, including with annual billing. Beyond the credit, a voice-agent minute costs about €0.15 to €0.18 excluding tax, inbound call included, with a standard voice; the exact price is shown in the client workspace before activation.
Paid usage (calls, minutes beyond the credit, SMS, emails, phone numbers, some AI functions) is deducted from a prepaid balance, topped up by card from the client workspace, with automatic top-up below a threshold if the client turns it on. When the balance reaches zero, paid services stop and the CRM remains available. Monthly add-ons are added or removed from the client workspace; each is a separate subscription whose price is shown before confirmation. The public website form does not trigger a purchase, instant crediting or automatic activation.
Offers described as unlimited or unrestricted remain subject to reasonable use. We may apply safeguards or discuss additional capacity where usage is disproportionate, abusive, intended to bypass limits, or inconsistent with the service’s stated purpose.
9. Subscriptions: trial, plan changes, cancellation and refunds
Trial. Every platform plan can be tried for 14 days. A card is requested at sign-up, on a secure payment screen. At the end of the 14 days, the subscription starts automatically and the plan price is charged, unless the client cancels before the trial ends from the billing page of its workspace. A reminder is sent 2 days before the trial ends.
Plan changes. The client may change plan at any time from the billing page, whether upgrading or downgrading. The change takes effect at the start of the next billing period, with no proration. A downgrade can be cancelled before that date.
Cancellation. The subscription has no commitment, monthly or annual. The client cancels it from its workspace, on the billing page, at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; access is kept until that date. The workspace and its data are then kept for 30 days, during which the client can export its data or reactivate its subscription; the workspace is then deleted.
Refunds. The current period, monthly or annual, is not refunded, subject to mandatory rights that apply. For a billing error or a duplicate charge, the client should not pay a second time and should write to [email protected] with the invoice number (CS-…).
Failed payment. If a payment fails, a reminder and a new attempt follow, after which paid services may be suspended until payment.
10. Support
CoreSignal support is provided in writing: the chat in the client workspace, the contact form, [email protected] or [email protected], with an email reply within 24 business hours. AI assistants answer 24/7 and identify themselves as AI. No human operator answers the phone. A callback by the AI sales assistant takes place only with the person’s consent, which can be refused at any time.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided with reasonable professional care, but we do not promise revenue, conversion rates, rankings, deliverability, uninterrupted availability, a particular regulatory outcome or the continued availability of a third-party platform. The site and informational content are provided on an “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SINAY STRATEGIC LLC, CoreSignal Agency and their members, managers, personnel, contractors, licensors and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, anticipated savings or business interruption.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and only once a court of competent jurisdiction has determined that SINAY STRATEGIC LLC is liable, the total aggregate liability of SINAY STRATEGIC LLC and CoreSignal Agency for all claims combined, whatever their legal basis (contract, tort, negligence, warranty or otherwise) and however many claims are made, is limited to a maximum of USD 500. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits a right that cannot lawfully be excluded, limited or waived.
12. Third-party claims
To the extent permitted by law, the client will defend and indemnify SINAY STRATEGIC LLC and CoreSignal Agency against third-party claims, losses, penalties, costs and reasonable legal fees arising from the client’s content, offers, instructions, unlawful communications, missing consent, data supplied by the client or misuse of the platform, except to the extent a final court decision attributes the claim to our wilful misconduct.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of the client’s country that cannot be excluded by contract. Before any legal action, the parties will seek an amicable solution in writing for 30 days. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Wyoming, United States, unless a mandatory rule designates another court.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the platform, the offer or legal requirements change. The applicable version is the one published on this page; its date is shown at the top. Questions: [email protected].
