How we handle testimonials
Last updated: 25 October 2026. Our rules for collecting and publishing customer feedback.
1. Who is invited
We invite every user, whether in a free trial or a paying customer, whatever their level of satisfaction. Invitations are sent by email with a personal link, once per product.
2. What we publish
We publish a selection of testimonials, with the author’s agreement. A published testimonial shows the comment, the first name, the initial of the last name, the country and the date. We display no star rating and no average score, and we publish a block of testimonials on a page only when there are enough of them to be representative of that product.
3. How testimonials are selected
Every answer is read. Selection is based on authenticity and relevance (a real use of the product, concrete and specific), never on the score alone. A testimonial is refused only for a stated reason: not authentic, off topic, insulting, containing personal data, or spam. The reason is recorded.
4. What we never do
- We do not buy, trade or reward testimonials in exchange for a positive opinion.
- We do not edit the text of a testimonial.
- We do not write testimonials on behalf of customers, or publish invented ones.
- We do not hide feedback to make the picture look better: a low score receives a private reply from our support team, and we use it to improve the service.
5. Your data and your choices
You choose whether your testimonial may be published, and you can withdraw that choice at any time by writing to [email protected]. What we collect, why, and for how long is described in section 3A of our Privacy Policy.
6. Contact
A question, a correction or a removal request: [email protected].
