Cookie Policy

1. Storage set by our site
Our own code sets no advertising cookie. It uses your browser’s storage for the following essential functions:
cs-language-explicit,cs-theme(local storage): language you chose and display theme.cs-analytics-consent,cs-marketing-consent,cs-cookie-seen(local storage): your choices in the cookie notice.cs-attribution(session storage): first page visited and campaign parameters present in its URL, attached to your request if you send one.cs-chat-welcome(session storage): the welcome message is shown only once per session.
2. Services loaded with each page
Fonts. The site’s fonts (Manrope and JetBrains Mono) are hosted on our own website. Displaying them contacts neither Google nor any other third-party service, and sets no cookie.
3. Clara chat (HighLevel / LeadConnector)
When it loads. The chat is not loaded when a page opens. It is loaded only when you click “Chat with Clara” (or the text-chat button of a voice demonstration). Until then, no request is made to the chat provider.
Services contacted. Once you click, your browser contacts our provider HighLevel / LeadConnector (widgets.leadconnectorhq.com, services.leadconnectorhq.com, stcdn.leadconnectorhq.com, services.msgsndr.com), the font service fonts.bunny.net used by the chat, and Cloudflare Turnstile (challenges.cloudflare.com), which protects the chat against abuse.
Forms. On the contact and trial registration pages, Cloudflare Turnstile (challenges.cloudflare.com) checks that a submission does not come from a bot.
Browser storage. The chat stores in your browser’s local and session storage identifiers of the chat session and the conversation (for example v2_contact_session_…, v2_history_…, v3_first_session_event_… and a request token). They keep the conversation open from one page to the next and record the pages visited during the session, which are attached to your contact record in our CRM.
Data transmitted, purpose and basis. Your messages, the name, email and phone number you choose to enter, and technical identifiers (session identifier, IP address, browser, pages visited) are sent to HighLevel / LeadConnector, our processor, to answer you and follow up on your request. The basis is the steps taken at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in answering professional prospects. HighLevel is established in the United States; transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard (see the Privacy Policy). Retention: for the duration of the business relationship, then 3 years after your last contact. Your rights and our contact details are set out in the Privacy Policy.
You can avoid the chat by writing to us through the contact form or at [email protected]. Do not share passwords, payment-card or health information in the chat.
3A. Feedback form
The feedback form (reached from the personal link in an email) sets no cookie. It uses Cloudflare Turnstile (challenges.cloudflare.com) to check that a submission does not come from a bot. The page is not indexed by search engines. The form stores nothing in your browser beyond the language and display preferences listed above. What we keep from a submission, and for how long, is described in section 3A of the Privacy Policy.
4. Voice demonstrations
Voice samples are audio files hosted on our own site. A live demonstration is loaded only when you click a “Talk to …” button: our page then opens a frame that contacts HighLevel / LeadConnector (services.leadconnectorhq.com, widgets.leadconnectorhq.com) and its real-time audio infrastructure. Your microphone is used only after you start the conversation and your browser asks for your permission. The data, purpose, basis and retention are the same as for the chat.
5. WhatsApp
The WhatsApp button only opens a link to WhatsApp (Meta). Nothing is sent before you tap it; your exchanges on WhatsApp are then governed by WhatsApp’s terms and our Privacy Policy.
6. Optional measurement and marketing
Google Analytics 4 is an optional audience-measurement service. It is not loaded until you select “Accept analytics” in the cookie notice. The Meta Pixel is an optional marketing-measurement service. It is not loaded until you select “Accept analytics and marketing”. If you accept, Google and/or Meta may process information about your use of the site through cookies or similar technologies under their own documentation and privacy terms. We do not intentionally send contact-form contents, payment-card data or other sensitive information to either service.
You can continue without optional tools or reopen the preference notice at any time from this page. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and does not affect access to public pages.
7. Your choices
You can clear your browser’s storage or block it in your browser settings. Public pages remain available; your language and theme preferences will then not be remembered. Questions: [email protected].
